During the Special Assembly of the International Council for Coach Education (ICCE) held at the Swiss Federal Sports Institute, 2-5 July 2000, delegates identified 10 central challenges facing the future of coaching and coach educators around the globe. These were adopted unanimously and became known as the Magglingen Declaration.
